What to Consider Before Visiting Partner Offices

• Before visiting a partner office, complete the registration procedure successfully in the ininal application.
• Please do not call a courier after registering.
• Present the document you used during registration with ininal to the authorized representative at the partner office.
• When filling out the contract fields, ensure that your first name, last name, passport number or T.C. citizen identification number, temporary residence permit, citizenship information, phone number, email address, and profession information match the details provided in your ininal account.
• Write 'I have read, understood, and received a copy of the contract' by hand in the relevant section of the contract, sign, and date it.
• Submit one copy of the contract to the authorized representative.
• After signing the contract, provide the authorized partner representative with three documents to prove your address: the document used during ininal registration, a residence certificate obtained from e-devlet, and one of the following in your name from the last three months - electricity, water, or gas bill, or the page in your local passport showing your address information.
• Your limit increase contract will be reviewed by ininal's responsible department, and the result will be sent to your email address associated with your account.
• Applications for contract signing will not be accepted without completing the registration procedure in ininal.
