The Services made available by Ininal can only be used by people who have an Ininal account. The users cannot disclose their Ininal account passwords to third parties or allow third parties to use their accounts.

Any person acting on behalf of or on account of another person by the user shall immediately and in writing notify Ininal of the identity information of the real or legal person on whose account the transaction is made, in accordance with Article 15 of the Law No. 5549 on the Prevention of Laundering Proceeds of Crime.

Anyone who leases their Ininal accounts to other persons or allows their accounts to be used by third parties, or acts on behalf of someone else but does not notify Ininal of this fact, is in violation of Article 15 of Law No. 5549 and may be sentenced to imprisonment from six months to one year or a judicial fine of up to 5000 days. In cases where it is not declared that the transaction was processed on behalf of someone else, it is accepted by Ininal that you have made a transaction on your own behalf and account.
